Bachelor of Science in Labor & Employment Relations

The School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) announces a new degree completion program focused on issues in the workplace. The BS is designed so that students with associate’s degrees or equivalent credits can complete a bachelor’s degree through a flexible combination of online, weekend, evening, and/or off-campus courses. Daytime classes are also available.

Limited admission to the School of Management and Labor Relations will begin in fall 2009.

The program offers a number of advantages:

  • An array of valuable employment-related courses of interest to working adults
  • A prestigious degree from Rutgers
  • Optional minors in related subjects
  • Flexibility of enrollment in the number of courses taken per term
  • Flexible registration deadlines
  • Personal advising
  • Reenrollment made easy for those who must interrupt their studies, and
  • Non-matriculated status available for visiting students who want to try one or two courses at SMLR
