Prospective Students
Thank you for your interest in the School of Management and Labor Relations, one of the world’s leading source of expertise on managing and representing workers, designing effective organizations, and building strong employment relationships.
The School of Management and Labor Relations offers a degree completion program, which grants a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Employment Relations. If you are a prospective freshman, you are required to apply to the New Brunswick School of Arts and Sciences.

UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
- We recommend that you complete as many of our general education requirements as possible before you transfer. It is especially important to have completed courses in expository writing and the applied quantitative area. - You must have completed at least 24 college credits successfully to be considered for transfer to the School of Management and Labor Relations on the New Brunswick campus; 45 credits for transfer to one of our off-campus programs.
